• Google & Bing Ads Management

• Graphics Designing

These terms govern all service-related transactions between you (the “Client” or “Customer”) and Search Edge Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age, or legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

• Providing truthful, current, and complete information when engaging our services.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).

• Payments must be made in advance before service delivery begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payments via  Credit / Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and other available secure gateways.

Custom Invoices may be issued for tailored projects or retainer agreements.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• If work has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.

• If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal limitations (not client-based).

Partial refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion in case of incomplete services.

5. Service Delivery & Timeline

• Delivery timelines vary per package. Estimated durations will be provided via email or dashboard.

• Delays caused by client non-response, incomplete briefs, or third-party tools are not the responsibility of Search Edge Services.

• We reserve the right to extend delivery dates with prior notice in exceptional circumstances.

6. Revisions & Edits

• Each service package includes a limited number of revisions, as stated in the product description.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Revision cycles must be requested within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.

7. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best service, clients must:

• Provide accurate project briefs, requirements, and feedback.

• Respond in a timely manner to queries, drafts, and revision requests.

• Refrain from using third-party materials that infringe copyrights or trademarks.

8. Intellectual Property

• We retain ownership of all draft materials until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables become the property of the client.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

9. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute our services without permission.

• Use our services for illegal, offensive, or malicious purposes.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems or content.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services under these conditions:

• Non-payment or payment dispute

• Abuse, harassment, or misuse of our staff or platform

• Breach of these Terms

In case of termination, no refunds will be issued unless covered under Clause 4.

11. Limitation of Liability

Search Edge Services shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or data resulting from service use.

• Any third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting downtime, ad account bans).

• Delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or internet outages.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the respective service.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest version.
