Shipping Policy  -Search Edge Services

1. Nature of Products and Services

Search Edge Services offers digital services only. We do not sell or deliver any physical goods. All services — including website development, SEO, PPC campaigns, and graphic design — are delivered digitally via email or online platforms (e.g., Google Drive, project management tools, or direct website access).

2. Delivery Timeframes

Each service or package includes a custom delivery timeline, discussed and agreed upon during order placement. Standard delivery time estimates:

• 1–Page Website Design: 2–3 working days

• Multi-page Website Projects: 5–14 working days

• SEO Packages: Ongoing (monthly deliverables)

• Graphic Design Projects: 2–7 working days, depending on complexity

• SEM Campaigns: Setup within 3–5 working days

Note: All timelines begin after we receive required input/materials from the client.

3. Delivery Method

Digital services and assets will be delivered via:

• Email (with attachments or links)

• Google Drive / Dropbox (for larger files)

• Direct implementation on your provided website/server

• Access to reporting dashboards (for SEO/SEM clients)

• Communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email 

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client is responsible for:

• Providing all required materials (content, branding, access credentials)

• Responding to emails or communications within reasonable time

• Confirming acceptance or requesting revisions in a timely manner

Delays due to client inaction are not the responsibility of Search Edge Services.

5. Digital Delivery Confirmation

Once a digital service has been delivered:

• You will receive an email confirming completion

• You may request revisions as per the plan purchased

• Once approved, the project is considered closed and delivered

6. No Physical Shipping

We reiterate that Search Edge Services does not offer shipping of any physical products. Any mention of “shipping” in forms, payment pages, or invoices is to meet technical gateway compliance — not actual item dispatch.

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
