Search Edge Services – Services Policy

Welcome to Search Edge Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following policy. This document outlines our service terms, responsibilities, and limitations for all clients.

1. Scope of Services

Search Edge Services provides:

• Website Design & Development (WordPress-based)

• SEO Services (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, Blogging)

• SEM Services (Google Ads Campaigns, PPC Management)

• Graphics Designing (Branding, Logo Design, Social Media Graphics)

All services are delivered according to the agreed project scope, proposal, or service package selected by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery and quality, the client must:

• Provide all necessary information, content, and access credentials before the project begins.

• Respond to queries, approvals, and feedback promptly.

• Ensure that any third-party licenses or content provided are legally compliant.

3. Payment Terms

• All projects/services require full or partial upfront payment as per the agreed plan.

• Recurring services (SEO, SEM, Hosting, etc.) are billed monthly/quarterly in advance.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases covered under the cancellation policy.

4. Revisions

• Website Design & Graphics: Up to 2-10 revision rounds included depending upon your plan. Additional revisions will be charged separately.

• SEO & SEM: Adjustments to strategy are included within the agreed plan. Major changes outside the plan may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery Timelines

• Timelines will be agreed upon before project commencement.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) will affect delivery schedules.

• Search Edge Services is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads review process).

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before Work Starts: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).

• After Work Starts: No refunds for completed work or hours spent.

• SEO/SEM Packages: Minimum 30-day notice for cancellation of recurring services.

• Any refund request will be reviewed case-by-case and approved at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• Full ownership of the final deliverables (website, graphics) will be transferred to the client after full payment.

• SEO and SEM strategies remain proprietary to Search Edge Services.

• Licensed tools and premium plugins remain the property of Search Edge Services unless agreed otherwise.

8. Confidentiality

• All client data, credentials, and business information are kept strictly confidential.

• Search Edge Services will not share or disclose client information without consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We ensure best practices for SEO, SEM, and website design but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or sales.

• Search Edge Services is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Search engine algorithm updates

  • Policy changes by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook)

  • Hosting/server issues outside our control

10. Compliance & Prohibited Use

Clients must ensure that:

• The content provided does not violate any copyright laws or advertising guidelines.

• No illegal, offensive, or harmful material is used in websites or ads.

• Search Edge Services reserves the right to terminate services for violations.
