Refund Policy  -Search Edge Services

1. Overview

At Search Edge Services, we provide premium digital services including web design, SEO, advertising (SEM), and graphic design. Due to the custom and digital nature of these services, we follow a strict but fair refund policy to protect both our clients and our workflow integrity.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Refund Terms

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed services

  • Ongoing digital service work once started (e.g., SEO, Ads campaigns)

  • Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., no content, lack of feedback)

  • Change of mind after project kickoff

  • Hosting, domain, or third-party plugin/theme costs

  • Currency conversion charges by banks or payment gateways

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

a. Project Not Started

If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and the project has not yet started, a 100% refund (minus processing fees) may be granted.

b. Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe, and no mutual extension or communication is made, a partial refund may be issued.

c. Duplicate Payment

If you’ve been charged twice, we will promptly refund the duplicate amount after verifying the transaction.

4. No Refund Conditions

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The service has been partially or fully delivered

  • Delays are due to your own non-responsiveness or incomplete input

  • The design/service was approved at any stage

  • You request a refund based on preference after delivery

  • The order is for any downloadable or source design files

  • Project deadlines were missed due to third-party integration or platform downtime

5. Revision Policy vs Refunds

We offer free revisions based on the selected service plan. Please refer to your package for the allowed number of revisions. If additional changes are requested beyond the scope, extra charges may apply, not a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at:

Include your:

  • Full name

  • Order ID or transaction proof

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for refund request

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Returned within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/provider)

  • Issued in GBP (£) only — conversion differences may apply depending on your location or bank

8. Currency & Tax Note

All prices are listed in GBP (£), but payment gateways may convert the amount based on your currency. We are not responsible for:

  • Currency exchange differences

  • International banking fees

  • Withholding or VAT by your local authorities

9. Modifications

Search Edge Services reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
