1. General Policy on Cancellations

As a provider of digital services, Search Edge Services offers limited cancellation options. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of payment, provided that work has not already commenced.

Once service development has begun (e.g., design work, strategy creation, asset delivery), the project is no longer eligible for cancellation, though partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Service-Based Cancellation Guidelines

2.1 Website Design & Development

• Cancellation window: 12 hours from payment

• Post-cancellation deduction: If work has begun, a fee will be deducted based on completed portions (usually 30–70%)

• No cancellation accepted after design approval or delivery of final files

2.2 SEO Packages

• SEO plans are subscription-based, billed monthly

• You may cancel future billing at any time

• No refund or cancellation for the current active month after work has started

2.3 PPC / Search Ads Services

• Campaign setup cancellations must occur within 24 hours of payment

• If ads are launched or billed, that month’s service is non-refundable

• Monthly plans can be cancelled for upcoming billing cycles

2.4 Graphics Designing

• Cancel within 6 hours of order if no work has begun

• If design draft(s) were delivered, only unused portions are eligible for refund

• Revisions are not subject to cancellation once requested

3. Non-Cancellable Services

The following items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered or activated:

• Custom designs or strategies

• Domain purchases or third-party hosting

• Premium plugin/theme licenses

• Completed content plans or keyword research

• Third-party ad spend or software subscriptions

4. How to Request a Cancellation

We will process your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility for cancellation or partial refund.

5. Processing Time for Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Payment will be reversed through the original payment method

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a cancellation, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Search Edge Services is committed to resolving all concerns professionally and transparently.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment or payment fraud

• Repeated revision abuse

• Violation of our terms of service

• Unreasonable behavior or communication

In such cases, any work already completed may be charged, and the rest refunded accordingly.
